Duane Hovermale, 62, of Martinsburg WV, entered God’s Kingdom on September 30th, 2023. He was born on February 3rd, 1961, to Anita and Herbert Hovermale. Duane, the most loving and devoted husband, and father is survived by his wife Kelly Hovermale, his daughter Lauren Hovermale, and his faithful dogs, Klaus, Heather, and Chewy. Duane was a devoted, hardworking business owner for 30 years. He turned a diamond in the rough into a stellar, safe environment for many tenants over the years. Not only was Duane a strong and caring business owner, but he was the best father anyone could ask for. He taught his daughter how to be hardworking, strong-willed, and honest. Duane is missed immeasurably. He carried a great sense of pride of his family and had the ability to reassure anyone in though times that they would be okay. His soul and personality were unique and hard to come by. He made a lasting impact and impression on everyone he met. There will never be another Duane.
