Donna L Smith

Born September 18, 1943 in Hagerstown, Maryland. She was the daughter of the late Edgar and Louella Arvin.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband Kenneth E Smith Sr., son Joseph W. Miller, her sisters Shirley, Peggy, Barbara and June. Brothers Wayne, Glenn and Jimmy.

She will be deeply missed by her children and their families Teresa Rainey, Kenneth Smith Jr., Debra Hoffmaster, Michael Smith, and David Smith. As well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren, and her loving companions Skeeter and Trixie.

The family will receive friends from 6 - 8pm at Rosedale Funeral Home on Monday, March 31, 2025. Funeral Services will be at 2pm on Tuesday April 1, 2025 at Rosedale with burial to follow in Rosedale Cemetery.
