David Wesley “Buckshot” Sheppard II, 29 of Hedgesville, son of David and Lisa Sheppard of Hedgesville and Karen and Jay Walling of Hedgesville, was born on September 22, 1992 and passed away on August 5, 2022.
He was a graduate of Hedgesville High School.
Buckshot is survived by daughters: Avery Elizabeth Sheppard and Kaisley Rae Sheppard; brothers: Derek Wayne (and Ashlee) Sheppard, Matthew Tyler (and Kasey) Murphy, Joshua David Murphy; sister, Julia Elizabeth (and Joseph) Fato; maternal grandparents, Gary and Bonnie Albright; as well as many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents: George and Catherine Sheppard; and his Uncle Clay Sheppard.
A visitation will be held on Friday, August 12 from 6pm until 8pm at Rosedale Funeral Home in Martinsburg. A funeral service will be held at Rosedale Funeral Home on Saturday, August 13 at 1pm with burial to immediately follow in Rosedale Cemetery.
