Born on October 14, 1990, he was the son of Dean Barefoot and Donna Whitney Barefoot.
He graduated from Hedgesville High School in 2009 and then attended Blue Ridge Community College and Shepherd University, graduating in 2015.He worked in cyber security as an analyst in Hagerstown, MD and also as a TECH team member at Covenant Church in Shepherdstown.
David loved the Lord and his desire was to share the word of God online, enabling members and anyone who wanted to tune in the opportunity to join.
In addition to his parents he is survived by a brother, Derek Barefoot; and grandparents: Frederick Barefoot and Richard and Sharon Whitney. He will be loved and dearly missed by many family and friends.
