Stanley “Jay” Craig Price, Jr. , age 31, entered into rest on Monday, April 13, 2021. Jay was born on April 14th, 1989, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. At age 2, he moved to Germany where he resided until moving to Grovetown, Georgia at age 16. He attended Greenbrier High School. After high school, Jay joined the US Army where he proudly served his country in both Afghanistan and Iran as an aviation specialist and Doorgunner during the War on Terror. After leaving the army, he chose a career in welding.
Jay married his loving wife, Taylor Nicole Ellison-Price, on November 11th, 2020 and they resided in Pooler, Georgia, at the time of his death. He is also survived
by his father, Ronald Collins (Aimet); brothers, Calevin and Julian; sisters, Deidra, Oretha, Rolanda, and Joy; maternal grandmother, Erika Addo; paternal grandmother, Mercedes Brown; aunts, Christina, Felicia, Priscilla; uncles, Michael, Emmanuel, Thomas, Wolfgang, Sheldon, Patrick, and Christopher; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He is proceeded in death by his parents, Sylvia Collins and Stanley Price, Sr., and his paternal grandfather, Michael D. Jones.
The family will receive friends on Friday evening, April 16th from 5 to 8 pm at Elliott Sons Funeral Home. Jay requested that everyone wear pink.
