He is preceded in death by his father, Richard Miskelly Sr.; and his brother, Richard Miskelly Jr.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 35 years, Kyong O. Miskelly; mother, Carol A. Ivey; sons, Curtis Miskelly, Seunghonn Miskelly, and Hyunsuk Miskelly; grandson, Miles Anthony Miskelly; brother, Tommy Weathersbee (Sabrina); sister, Julia Payne (Bruce); niece, Catherine Weathersbee; and many friends and extended family.
Graveside services with military honors will be held at 2pm on Sunday, November 8, 2020, at Bellevue Memorial Gardens, 4501 Wrightsboro Rd, Grovetown, GA 30813. Masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
