Lora Mildred "Millie" Moore

Mrs. Moore adored her family. She enjoyed spending as much time as possible with them. In her spare time she enjoyed fishing. She was passionate about teaching Sunday School, especially teaching children about Jesus. Mrs. Moore was also an avid pianist and passed down her talent to her children and grandchildren.

Mrs. Moore is preceded in death by her loving husband of 40 years, Gerald “Jerry” Moore; daughter, Bobbie Dailey; and 12 siblings. Survivors include her children, Dianne Leggett (preceded Bill), Reggie Garner (Laurette); step-children, Sandie Craig (Preceded—Scotty) and Tina Greene (Dennis); sister, Sandy Bagwell; grandchildren, Nancy Brown, Karla Leggett Bell, Crystal Lowe, Jeremy Garner, Jason Dailey, Summer Garcia, Christian Hunter Moore and Ronald Michael Moore; and great-grandchildren, Dakota, Lilliana, Brendan, Cheyenne, Mason, Mi’Lanni, Riley, Kaiden, Logan, Braelynn, Raelynn, Savannah and Madison.

Funeral services will be held at 1pm, Thursday, February 15, 2024 at Bellevue Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior at Bellevue Memorial Gardens Chapel. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Matthew’s Table Food Pantry Inc., 134 Turkey Trail, Clarks Hill, SC 29821. The family would like to extend their gratitude and appreciation for the care and compassion Sandy Bagwell and the other caretakers showed to Mrs. Moore.
