Jean Whitfield Fowler
January 1, 1952 – August 16, 2021
Jean was born in Anderson, SC to Lorena and Eugene Whitfield on January 1, 1952. She went to school at T.L. Hannah High. She married Jim Fowler on August 8, 1974 in Anderson, SC.
She worked as a CNA then unit clerk for University Extended Care for 25 years.
Jean is preceded in death by her father, Eugene Whitfield and brother, Marshall Whitfield.
Jean is survived by her mother, Lorena Whitfield; husband, Jim Fowler; son, Jonathan Fowler and daughter-in-law, Angela Fowler.
Visitation will be held one hour before services begin. Funeral services will be held at 12pm on Friday, August 20, 2021 at Elliott Sons Funeral Home 4255 Columbia Road, Martinez, GA 30907 with Pastor Joe Woods of Trinity Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
