Ms. Morris was born to the late Andrew and Berma Bridges in Augusta, GA. She retired from University Hospital after working there for many years. She enjoyed crafts and loved making beautiful picture frames. She also adored her cats and had lots of cat décor throughout her home. Ms. Morris adored vintage clothing, jewelry and purses.
In addition to her parents, Ms. Morris is preceded in death by her son, Michael Morris; sister, Lavern Agner; and nephew, Darryl Agner. Survivors include her sister, Nancy Chavel; nieces and nephews, Russ Agner, Stacy McCorkle, Melanie Hall, Tim Chavel and Robin Faass.
Graveside services will be held at 10am on Friday, August 12, 2022 at Bellevue Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the CSRA Humane Society, 425 Wood Street, Augusta, GA 30904.
