Yolanda Cruz

Yolanda Cruz passed away peacefully while surrounded by family on Friday, December 28, 2018 at the age of 66. Born September 3, 1952 in Lyford, Texas to the late Tomas and Beatriz Cruz. Yolanda is the dedicated wife of Ramon Corzo for the last thirteen years, and the loving mother of Eduardo Herrera (Jackie), Albert Herrera (Nidia), Sonia Herrera (Donald Jr.), Alonzo Herrera (Mandy), Pearl Herrera (Julio); Devoted grandmother of Kayla (Kasey), Kourtney, Yolanda, Alberto Jesus, Alberto Enrique, Alberto Lorenzo, Alexsia Sophia, Isabella, Dylan, Nidia, Edwin, Shannon, Donald III, Nyla, Kole, Kaleb, Kaiden, Carissa, Lazaro and Paris. Yolanda attended Believers Life Church in Gretna. Family and friends are invited to attend services being held at WESTSIDE LEITZ-EAGAN FUNERAL HOME located at 5101 Westbank Expressway in Marrero, Louisiana. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 1:00pm. Visitation will be held from 9:00am until 1:00pm. Burial to follow at Restlawn Cemetery in Avondale, Louisiana.
