Virginia Rose Prestenbach Hebert

Virginia Rose Prestenbach Hebert was born September 20, 1954, received her angel wings on the morning of September 7, 2020, at the age of 65. The trumpet of the Lord sounded and said “you are done my child, come on home, your work on Earth is done.” She joined her loving husband Johnny Hebert Sr. in Heaven. They were married for 48 years and passed away 6 months apart. Now they are together forever. She passed away at home surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer. She was a native of Lafitte, LA and a resident of Angie, LA for the past 35 years, where she and her husband owned and operated AAA Farms, a commercial vegetable grower for 30 years. She was the loving and devoted mother of Johnny Hebert Jr. (Heather), Jason Hebert, and Ralph Prestenbach. She had two grandchildren, Sophie “Gracie” McDaniel and Sarah Touchet. She leaves behind her loving and devoted brother, Roy Prestenbach Jr., her sisters, Beverly Orcutt, Sylvia Richthofen, Mary Richoux (Perry), Brenda Rodrigue,, and Patricia Prestenbach. She is preceded in death by her parents, Irene and Roy Prestenbach Sr., and brothers Oscar, Larry, Howard, and Chester Prestenbach. The family would like to thank People’s Health for all of the care and kindness they have provided in this very difficult journey at the end of her life. Arrangements taken care of by Westside Leitz-Eagan. There will be no memorial services scheduled as per her request.
