Vincent John Tessitore Jr.

Vincent "Vinnie" John Tessitore Jr. of Marrero, Louisiana passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at the age of 35. He was born on November 19, 1988 in Gretna, Louisiana to Vincent J. Tessitore Sr. and Eilene H. Necaise (James Jr.) He leaves behind his loving partner Darren Alexander. Daddy of his fur babies Freddie and R.J. Grandson of the late Anthony Tessitore and Marilyn Tessitore, surviving Hazel P. Helmer and the late Herman C. Helmer Sr. Godson of Joseph V. Ales and Loretta H. Johnson. Godfather of Leanna Vicknair and Gerald Helmer. Vinnie is survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends that will always cherish his memory.

Vinnie had a sense of humor that lit up the room and made everyone laugh. He was extremely creative and had a love for art of all types, including music and design. He loved his dogs, they were his world. He was caring and compassionate. His smile was contagious and eyes were always bright. Vinnie made friends anywhere he went. He had a wild and free spirit. He was a true entertainer, loved cooking, reading, exploring nature, and traveling. He had a love for random road trips with no destination in sight, windows down and music blasting. He never missed an opportunity for a good photo-op. He will forever be missed and cherished by all that knew him.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, March 15th, 2024 in the chapel of Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway in Marrero, Louisiana.
