Vincent Joseph Albarado Sr.

Vincent Joseph Albarado Sr., age 89, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 22, 2024. Beloved husband of the late Annie DiMarco Albarado. Son of the late Edna Millien Albarado and Edmond Albarado, Sr. Loving father of Vincent Albarado, Jr. (Joan), Randy Albarado, Karen Cline (Craig), and Kevin Albarado (Brandi). Devoted grandfather of Brent Albarado (Erin), Kayla Albarado (Tyler Bodden), Baylea Albarado, Noah Albarado, Delaney Cline, and Ethan Albarado. Great grandfather of Sophie, Kennedy, and Amelia Albarado. Brother of Edmond Albarao, Jr. (Alta) and preceded in death by the late Harry Albarado (Anita) and Whitney Albarado (Joyce). Also survived by other loving family members and friends.

Vincent grew up in Belle Rose, Louisiana and later moved to Marrero, where he would meet the love of his life, Annie. They would go on to marry, settle down, and raise their four children. He will be greatly missed by all.

The family would like to express their appreciation and gratitude to Jane and the staff of Tranquil Living, as well as Gayle and the staff of Compassus Hospice for their care and compassion.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 in the chapel of Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway in Marrero, Louisiana. A visitation will begin at 8:30AM and continue until the Mass time. Vincent will be laid to rest at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Mausoleum in Westwego, Louisiana.
