Sharon Ann Rodrigue Fisher

Sharon Ann Rodrigue Fisher of Waggaman, Louisiana passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at the age of 77. She was born in Donaldsonville, Louisiana to the late Talbot J. Rodrigue and Marie Simon Rodrigue. She was married to the late Benny A. Fisher and the late Ritney Bourgeois. Devoted mother of Benny A. Fisher, Jr., George Mirt Fisher (Bonnie), Cheryll F. Richthofen (Alvin "Monkey"), Sarah F. Coleman (Ormondu), and the late Christine F. Woods. Grandmother of Floyd, Lloyd, Brandon, Julian, Joshua, Austin, Travis, Adam, Amy, Tyler, Freddie, Ashley, the late Ashley, and many great grandchildren. Sister of Talbot Rodrigue, Jr. (Debbie), Russell Rodrigue (the late Kathy), Brenda Constantino (George), Diane Phillips (the late Ronald), Sue Moss, Janice Gill, Wendy Lopez (Noel), Danny Rodrigue (Sheila), Dean Rodrigue (Sharon), the late Marion Arabie, Norman Rodrigue, Roland Rodrigue (Pam), Michael Rodrigue, Robert Rodrigue, Leslie Rodrigue, and Cindy Rodrigue. Sharon is survived by her two Godchildren Fancie Jeanfreau and Rachel Rodriguez. Sharon is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends who will cherish her memory.

A Catholic Funeral Service will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, October 2nd, 2023 in the chapel of Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway in Marrero, Louisiana. A visitation will begin at 9:00AM and continue until the service time. Sharon will be laid to rest at Bonner Creek Cemetery in Franklinton, Louisiana.
