Michele Ann Collins passed away on Monday, June 25, 2018 at the age of 52. Mother of Courtney Collins. She was the daughter of the late Casey Roy Collins and Barbara Collins. Sister of Royale Ann Matherne (Popeye), and Lane Christopher Collins, (Angela). She is survived by nieces and nephews: Nicole Blanchard (Josh), Nicholas Matherne, Jace Collins, Cole Collins, Rylie Matherne, and Maci Matherne, as well as great nephews: Ethan Blanchard and Eli Blanchard, and a host of other relatives. She was a proud Desert Storm Veteran of the United States Army, and a marine electrician with Avondale Shipyard. She will be remembered for her strength of will, that allowed her to face the challenges that life threw at her. Funeral services will be private at a later date.
