Melinda Ann Plaisance Duquestrada passed away on March 18, 2012. She was the beloved wife of Raphael “Chico” Duquestrada for the past 22 years. She was the daughter of the late Tracy Plaisance and Betty Loup Plaisance as well as the sister of Tina Vicknair, Patrick Plaisance and Miranda Perry. She was the daughter-in-law of Ramon Duquestrada, Sr. and Rosa Duquestrada and the sister-in-law of Ivon Duquestrada, Ramon Duquestrada, Jr., Noel Duquestrada and Damian Duquestrada. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services from WESTSIDE/LEITZ-EAGAN FUNERAL HOME, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 22, 2012 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and again on Friday, March 23, 2012 from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM. At 1:00 PM a Prayer Service will be held in the Chapel.
