Mary Vance Ervin entered peacefully into heaven on Sunday, June 25, 2017. Loving mother of Christopher Adams (Tara Ponson Adams). She was a proud grandmother of Trey Adams and Chase Adams. The daughter of the late Elizabeth Kiernan Vance and John Vance. Mary had 6 siblings, 2 sisters and 4 brothers. Preceded in death were her companion and friend for 17 years, Herbert Williams and Rags (her furry friend).
Age 70, she was native of Clocagh, Ireland and a lifelong resident of Avondale, Louisiana.
Mary was homemaker who enjoyed shopping, travel, cooking, dancing with friends and mainly spending time with her grandchildren, family and friends.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expy., Marrero, LA in charge of funeral arrangements.
