Mary Cassard

Mary Alice Cassard passed away May 30, 2015. Born on November 18, 1931 in Belle Rose, La. The loving wife of the late Rene Cassard Jr., she is survived by her children; Lois Rollins (Danny), Rene Cassard III (Gail), John Cassard, Patty Knox (Francis), Nancy Teal (Earl), and Billy Cassard. She is also survived by her brothers Ray and Roland Landry, 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren, and a host of family members.

She is preceded in death by her parents; John Landry and Hilda Gros, sons; Kenneth, Bruce, and Ricky Cassard, and her siblings; Pete Landry, Rosemary Falcon, and Therese Landry.

Mary Alice retired from the Jefferson Parish School Board; she loved gardening, flowers, and Bingo. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Graveside services will be held at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery in Westwego, LA on Friday, June 12, 2015 at 10AM, Location at Gates of Heaven Mausoleum St. Mark Corridor.
