Gammie
Tonight is one of those nights where it’s hurting me hard. The thought that I will never be able to talk to you again breaks my heart. I’m going to have such a long life of missing you. I wish we would’ve taken more photos. I wish I would’ve brought Alex to meet you in person. I wish I would’ve got you six dozen roses for your birthday. I wish I would’ve held on tighter and seen you more often. Just regrets that I’ll never be able to see come to fruition. I wanna pick up the phone right now and just hear your voice and your laugh. Listen to a silly joke and vent to you about work or whatever. You were one of my greatest treasures  I love you Gammie. My heart to yours. 

Gammie, it’s been so hard on me since you’ve been gone. I only wish I could call you and ask you for advice. I am at peace knowing that nobody can ever hurt you again but it’s been rough seeing how people are trying to tear me down regarding how much I loved you. You were the closest thing I had to a mother for the last 2+ years. But nobody can take away how much you meant to me. I remember I called you when I was big and pregnant, wanting you to be in Violet’s life so she could know you as I did. I truly thought we had at least another good ten years to go and now that you’re gone it’s been hard to cope with the loss and the hatred that people are spewing. I loved you Gammie and I always will. Please look down on me and give me peace. My heart to yours. Alaina. 

Its saddens my heart to know you are gone. But you will never be forgotten. I will forever cherish the memories I have of you. God Bless you .Rest In Please Aunt Linda. Until we meet again. Tell my daddy hello for me.

What I remember most about Linda is that her children (all six of them) really cared tremendously for her when I came into the family. 
Linda did have a contagious laugh and a beautiful smile. She and I never clicked like we should have. But my grand daughter Ava (Linda’s brother Dennis’ grand daughter) admired her. Linda also came to my son Danyl’s celebration ceremony when he passed a year ago and showed me that she could be a caring person. I respect that about her and pray that she found peace with her life and her relationship with her children. 
May God Bless this family, her children and grand children, and her only brother Dennis during this most difficult time. 

Although the 3 brothers were left out she was my sister, 9 years older than I. As a child I remember it was a treat to go visit her after she was married, and I cherish those times as well as a few times after I was married we went for a visit and we went to a creek around Franklinton. I was able to drive her dune buggy VW there and back. Swimming most of that day and enjoyed a picnic lunch. 
Our other problems, big and small are over now and I now wish she rest peacefully. Although this obit didn’t acknowledge me as her brother, she is MY SISTER and I will always have our good times together to remember

Nanny, I always remember how funny and loving you were. I also remember how much you loved your family especially your children. You did your best to keep them all together with you.
I remember some of the good times and the bad times  over the years and you always seem to make it through them all.
Rest in peace Nanny you deserve it. I know you and your family and friends who have gone before you will be celebrating you coming to God's kingdom with them. Love and will miss you always Eva.


Violet has learned to say “My heart to yours” and I am glad that you were able to hear it one of the last times we spoke. 

I like to think of the mom I had before 1980, she taught me how to sew and did crafts made candy and handmade all of her daughters dance costumes. I was able to bring her to Graceland and she was so excited because she thought she would never get to go. I'm thankful for the mom I had when Ashley was born and will never forget what she said in the delivery room " I've never been on this side of the delivery room" it was so funny. I'm thankful for how much she loved my kids.  And she always told me that she tried to have me on her birthday but I was hardheaded and came the day before.  I'm thankful for having those memories. 

Mama from the time I can remember I used to stare at you and thought you were the most beautiful woman on the planet and that I loved you with my whole heart and to this day,I still feel the same way.  I love you more than you could ever know. I'm sorry for the way things were but you're my mama and I'll always love you. You'll always be beautiful to me. You're in my heart.

Gammie I'm so happy that I was able to reconnect with you when I did. I've listened to your voicemails over and over just to hear you call me Ashley boo one more time. I wish you nothing but peace. I love you so much and I will always cherish the memories that we had together.

I love you and I wish I could hug you now. Rest peacefully Gammie. You deserve it. 

Linda(Lindee) I will miss our daily talk 3/4 calls a day on the phone, your jokes and your laughter. Thank you Linda for all the special things you’ve done that have made a difference in my Life.Thanks for all the wonderful times we spent together with the hope there would have been many more to come. Mom,
 We were more than close when I was a child. As your first born, I learned a lot from you, and my love for music is definitely from you. As an adult, we grew apart and I will always mourn the loss of our relationship. I hope you have found peace.
