Leontine "Tina" Chouest Chouest Allemand

Age 99, a lifelong resident of Harvey, LA, wife of O’Neil J. Allemand, Sr., entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 31, 2014. Mother of O’Neil J. Allemand, Jr. and the late Chester, Donald, and George Allemand. She is survived by one sister, Lelia Pichoff and a proud grandmother of 9 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, John Chouest and Emelina Thibodeaux Chouest and siblings Adam, Wilson, Felecian, Victor, Cecile Dominique, Azelie Plaisance, Ernestine Rodrigue and Odile Grabert. “Tina” enjoyed spending time with her family, attending church, cooking and enjoyed time at home. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA on Saturday, June 7, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
