Leonard Koenig Jr.

Leonard C. Koenig, Jr. passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2012 at the age of 62. He was the son of Marie Koenig and the late Leonard C. Koenig, Sr. He was the father of Leonard Charles Koenig III, Cory Paul Koenig, Sr., and Courtney Angelle Koenig, and grandfather of Jordan Christopher Koenig, Cory Paul Koenig, Jr., Connor Paul Koenig, and Kinslee Grace Fisher. He was the father-in-law of Catherine Koenig, Zakia Koenig, and Lee Fisher. Brother of Sally Rogers, Cheryl Leaber, and Ronald Koenig. He enjoyed the company of his former wife, Deborah U. Koenig, and girlfriend, Katie Ledet. He is also survived by his canine companion, Ginger, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

A Funeral Mass will be held in the Chapel of Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, on Monday, January 23, 2012 at 12:30 PM. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM. Interment will be in Westlawn Park Cemetery. Express condolences at www.westsideleitzeagan.com.
