Laura B. Morris

Laura Baham Morris passed away on Thursday, June 24th, 2021 at the age of 60 surrounded by her loving family. Laura was the wife of Glenn "Brad" Morris, Jr. for 38 loving years. Devoted mother of Rachel Roxanne Morris (Louis) and Glenn "BJ" Morris III (Kristi). Grandmother to Rebecca "Birdy" Lund, Colton Lund, Baylee Morris, Cody Lund, and Gavin Morris. Sister of Judith B. Bouquet (Ray), Aimee B. Maillet, Homer "Buddy" Baham (Charlotte), Mary B. Castillon (Jim), and Sister in law to Arlena Morris. Daughter in law to Roxanne H. Sisia (Frank).

Laura is preceded in death by her parents Louis Baham and Mary B. Landreneau, her step father Ulni Landreneau, and her father in law Glenn B. Morris, Sr.

Laura retired from Hibernia Bank, now Capital One Bank, after 30 years of dedicated service. She enjoyed crafting, gardening, camping, and spending time outdoors. She loved animals, she cared for her pets with her whole heart.

A Funeral service will be held on Friday, July 2nd, 2021 at 1:00PM in the chapel of Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway in Marrero, Louisiana. A visitation will begin at 11:00AM and continue until the service time. Interment will follow at Restlawn Park Cemetery in Avondale, Louisiana.
