Judith N. Phillips Scott passed away peacefully at home with her beloved husband of 49 years holding her hand on Sunday, October 2, 2011 at the age of 64. She was the loving wife of Robert E. Scott, Sr. and the devoted mother of Heather Scott Sanchez, Robert E. Scott, Jr. (Theresa), Kimberly Scott and Carol Scott Wattigney (Huey), the grandmother of Raven Sanchez, Ricky Sistrunk, Justin Scott, Michelle Scott, Victoria Granger and Phillip Wattigney as well as the great-grandmother of Draven Scott. She was the daughter of Justin Eugene Phillips and Mary Nell Little Phillips and the sister of Linda Phillips McDowell, Wonda Phillips-Hayes and the late Deborah Phillips Yingling.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Service at WESTSIDE/LEITZ-EAGAN FUNERAL HOME, 5101 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY, MARRERO, LA. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2011 from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM at which time a Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel.
