Helen Jean Quinn Harrell an the late Roddus Harrell were united in Holy Matrimony on December 20, 1952. Unto this union, nine children were born, and they will forever cherish the many memories they have of their Mother; Archie Harrell, Carol (Alvin) Johnson, Jerry Harrell, Catherine (David) Permillion, Riley Harrell, Deatral (Bryan) Brown, the late Patricia Harrell, the late Cheryl Harrell, and the late Darrell Harrell.
Helen was the oldest of nine children, Nora Lundy, Altora Quinn, Claudia Haynes, Alice (Barry) Bazzell, Ricky (Cynthia) Richardson, Ronald Richardson, the late Needham Quinn, Jr., and the late Ruby Smith.
Helen also leaves to cherish her memories: seventeen grandchildren, thirty one great grandchildren, one Brother-In-Law, Percy Harrell, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Helen Jean Quinn Harrell loved her family and her family will always love and remember their Queen Helen.
Serving as Pallbearers are Archie Harrell, Jerry Harrell, Riley Harrell, Percy Harrell, David Permillion, and Alvin Johnson. Honorary Pallbearers are Jerry Harrell, Sr., Joseph Harrell, Wade Williams, Bryan Brown, and Joshua Harrell.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00AM on Saturday, January 13th, 2024 at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, 1419 4th Street in Westwego, Louisiana. A visitation will begin at 8:00AM and continue until the time of service.
