Gladys R. Veazey passed away on January 3, 2013 at the age of 87 years. Daughter of the late Luke J. Richoux and Amelia Gudroz Richoux. Beloved wife of the late Walter J. Veazey Sr. Mother of Mark A. Veazey, Sherry Martin (Danny) and the late Walter “Joey” Veazey, Jr. Also survived by sisters and brother Ida Stewart, Edna Bischoff (Buddy), Theresa Causin (Gerald), Fred Richoux (Judy), and the late Lillian Richoux and Philip Richoux (Gail). Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A lifelong resident of Gretna, and resident of St. Luke for the past 2 years and 8 months. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Service from Westside LEITZ-EAGAN, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, on Saturday Morning, January 12, 2013 at 11:00.
