Frances Catherine Cooper Saluto of Westwego, Louisiana passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at the age of 90. She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late William and Catherine Cooper. She was married to the late Taylor J. Saluto, Sr. for 63 years. Mother of the late Michelle Saluto (Patricia), Taylor J. Saluto, Jr. (Donna), Joey P. Saluto (Lisa), and the late Baby Angie Saluto. Grandmother of Nicola Bonfiglio (Chris), T.J., and the late Cameron Saluto. Great Grandmother of Joseph Bonfiglio. Sister of the late William Cooper, Jr. (Donna). Frances is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends who are left to cherish her memory.
A Visitation for Frances will be held on Saturday, December 7th beginning at 9:00 AM at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Westwego, LA, with a Funeral Mass to follow at 11:00 AM.
