Emma- Eve Rita Adam

Emma-Eve Rita Adam entered peacefully into heaven on Friday, August 4, 2017 surrounded by her family. A devoted wife of the late Silves Raymond Adam of 68 years. A loving mother of Raymond Adam, Sr.(the late Pat), Jessie Adam, Sr. (Hilda), Bruce Adam, Mary Adam (the late Ronald), and the late Craig Adam and Steward Adam. A proud grandmother of 10 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild. Daughter of the late Elmire Bourgeois Oursso and Wilford Oursso. Sister of Fred “Boggy” Oursso, Lucille Oursso, Audrey Adam and preceded in death by her brothers and sisters; Patrick, Odela, Shirley, Juliet, Elmire, Laura, Ernest “Pete” and Wilford. Age 84, a native of Bayou Gauche, LA and a lifelong resident of Lafitte, Louisiana. “Nanny-Babes” was a homemaker who enjoyed painting, knitting, crochet, and just about anything that she could get the children into.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expy., Marrero, LA on Thursday, August 17,2017 at 11:00 am.
