Clifton Joseph Falgout

Clifton “Happy” Joseph Falgout, age 88, passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2016. Beloved husband of Joyce Matherne Falgout for over 65 years. Loving father of Bobby Falgout (Millie), Larry Falgout (Mary), Glenn Falgout (Elsie) and Debbie Haralson (Joe). Proud grandfather of Eve, Jessica, Jennifer, Larry Jr., Sierra, Sienna and Rory. Great grandfather of Juliet, Gianna, Olivia, Gracelynn, Tucker, Brooke, Jaquin, Megan and Cynthia. Son of the late John and Selima Falgout. Brother of Clayton, Viola, Ernestine, Ethel, Archie, Armand and Eddie.

Mr. Clifton was an excellent fisherman. He loved being in the great outdoors. He retired from Continental Can Company after 30 years of service. He was a parishioner of Visitation of Our Lady for many years. He will be sadly missed by all who loved him.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway in Marrero on Saturday June 18, 2016 at 11:00 am. Visitation will be from 9:00 am until the time of the service. Interment in Westlawn Cemetery.
