Chad Rome

He was the beloved husband of Amanda Rome; Father of Lawrence Rome and Remi Rome; and Son of the late Joyce Sevin and Horace "T-boy" Boudreaux; Brother of Shelli Vitrano (Ronnie Camus), Cathy Rome and the late Lawrence P. Rome. He is also preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Jerome Vitrano. He is also survived by Shane Stevens, numerous half-siblings, other relatives, and friends.

He loved shooting pool and was an avid competitive player. He will be remembered as the life of the party and the light in the room. He was a jokester. No matter the situation, he always put a smile on everyone's face. He will also be remembered for his generosity. He loved his Saints, but most of all, he loved his family. He was a devoted husband and father, not only to his own children, but many others.

A Service of Remembrance will be held in the Chapel of Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 1:00 PM.
