Bertha Mae Badeaux entered her eternal resting place on Monday, July 17, 2017. She was 83 years of age. Bertha is survived by her three children, sons David and Dwayne, and daughter Donna. She is also survived by her sisters, Lillian and Faye; her brother, Edmore; and two grandsons, Travis and Caleb. Bertha was born November 8, 1933, in Harvey, Louisiana and was a lifelong resident of the area. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Clifton A. Badeaux as well as her parents, Edmore “Jack” Deroche and Eunice Loup Deroche. She was also preceeded in death by her daughter-in-law, Marie Freebody Badeaux.
