Anna Viola (Gates) Maness

She was the daughter of the late Dolores Gabler Gates and William A. Gates Sr. Wife of the late Alvin "Ike" Maness. Survived by her brother, William Gates Jr (Linda); a nephew, William A. Gates III; and a niece, Leslie Gates Buchman (Randy). She loved her feline companions dearly.

She enjoyed many years of camping, football, and get togethers with family. She had many friends at the Estelle Senior Center. She was a waitress for many years, primarily at Dos Gringos Restaurant in Marrero.

A Memorial Visitation will be held in the Parlor of Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway on Thursday, April 21, 2022 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Private Inurnment will be in Lafayette Cemetery #1 in New Orleans.
