Willie Mae Wilganowski Feldman, 95, of Marlin, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 12, 2023. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM, Monday, September 18, 2023 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marlin, Texas with the Reverend Gregory A. McLaughlin officiating. Visitation will be from 5-7 PM, Sunday, September 17, 2023 with Rosary at 6:00 PM at Adams Funeral Home.
Willie Mae was born on December 11, 1927 to Sam and Mary (Stolicki) Greensage in Marlin, Texas. She married Kie Wilganowski on January 29, 1947. They were married for 57 years at the time of Kie Wilganowski’s death. Then she married August “Sonny” Feldman on June 28, 2008 until the time of his death. Willie Mae was a homemaker all of her life. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church for 76 years. Willie Mae and Kie were actively involved in church serving as ministers of the cup, ushers, Eucharistic ministers, and she always had a great love for the Church. She was also active in the parish council of Catholic women and headed the bereavement committee. Willie Mae always enjoyed working in her yard and flower beds. Most of all, she loved to cook for everyone. Willie Mae will be greatly missed by everyone.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Kie Wilganowski and August “Sonny Feldman; parents, Sam and Mary Greensage; brothers, Bruno Greensage, Herman Greensage, Raymond Greensage; and sisters, Louise Dalton and Pauline Sochor.
Survivors include her son, Donald Edward Wilganowski of Lacy Lakeview, Texas; grandson, Kyle Wilganowski of Belton, Texas; granddaughter, Teri Ann and husband, Johnny Haug of Killeen, Texas; great-granddaughter, Addison Wilganowski, great-grandsons, Rawlins Wilganowski, Colt Haug, Carter Haug and Chandle Haug; brother, Daniel Greensage of Greenville, Texas; sister-in-laws, Debbie Greensage of Bremond, Texas and Jo Nell Greensage of Bryan, Texas; The joy of Willie Mae and Kie’s life were Brittany and Brandon Greensage.
Pallbearers: Brandon Greensage, Cameron Blenden, Kevin Greensage, Danny Greensage, Billy Alexander and Danny Alexander.
