Vernon L. Ethridge, 75, of San Angelo, formerly of Marlin, passed away Thursday, January 4, 2018 in San Angelo, Texas. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at Adams Funeral Home with Mr. Dock Griffin officiating. Interment will follow in McClanahan Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 Pm until service time.
Mr. Ethridge was born on May 21, 1942 in Falls County to Edgar and Julia McIntyre Ethridge. He worked in the oilfield and was an old cowboy that loved his Jesus. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his Wife, Toni Ethridge; sons, Brody Ethridge, Jesse Ethridge and Luke Ethridge and his wife, Lisa; sisters, Jo and her husband, Scott, Shirley and Peggy and her husband, Dock and grandchildren, Stormy, Dillan, Ethan, Devin, Joseph, Jonas, McKenzie, Cheyenne, Jacob and Jordan.
