Priscilla Ann Moore went to rest in the arms of Jesus on March 15th 2022 at the age of 82 after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by her loved ones who will continue to honor her legacy by living their lives to the fullest. She was born in Marlin, Texas on September 30th 1939 to the late Joseph Jackson and Anna Belle Barkley. She had a servant’s heart, and her passion was helping and encouraging others while sharing her captivating stories and abundance of knowledge. She was a sports enthusiast, history buff, animal lover, and had a but above all else, she was the matriarch of her family. Priscilla was a godly woman of wisdom, faith, and wit, with a splash of sassy.
She is survived by her daughter Carmen Sartor (Husband Steve) of Plano, Texas; brother Kenneth Barkley; sister Patricia Nix; grandchildren Anna Crews (husband Tate), Lauren Williams (husband Bryan), Kathryn Sartor (husband Sebastian), Jeffery Sartor, and Andrew Sartor; great grandchildren Isabella Crews, Preston Crews, Caroline Crews, Eli Williams, Cole Williams, Berkley Williams, Nessa Johnson, and Caleb Sartor; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her husband Norman Moore and her grandson Pierce Johnson.
Serving as pallbearers will be Troy Barkley, Bobby Barkley, Ryan Nix, Nicky Nix, Jeffery Sartor, and Tate Crews.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Adams Funeral Home in Marlin, Interment to follow in Calvary Cemetery.
