Nunzio Tony (N.T.) Randazzo, 97 of Marlin, passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2023. Rosary will be Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Darrell Kostiha officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
N. T. was born on August 23, 1925 to Vick and Frances Scardino Randazzo in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He was a longtime resident of Marlin, Texas and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Lott, Texas. He married the love of his life, Annie Mae Roppolo, on September 24, 1950 in Marlin, Texas. They celebrated 72 years of marriage together. N. T. owned and operated Korner Grocery Store for 52 years. His wife and all of his children worked with him as well. He was an Honorary Lifetime Member of the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed working with his hands but most of all, enjoyed spending time with his family and all of his grandchildren.
N. T. is preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Anna Marie Randazzo.
N. T. leaves behind to cherish his memories, his wife of 72 years, Annie Mae Randazzo of Marlin, Texas; son, Victor Randazzo and wife, Mary of Angleton, Texas, daughter, Frances Hawes and husband, Greg of Houston, Texas, son, James Randazzo and wife, Linda of Houston, Texas, daughter, Tonia Fulton and husband, Michael of Cameron, Texas, son, Paul Randazzo and wife, Donna of Marlin, Texas, son, Chris Randazzo and wife, Natalie of New Braunfels, Texas; 16 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Serving as Pallbearers are his Grandsons: Ryan Randazzo, Nathan Randazzo, Will Powell, Matthew Randazzo, Michael McAnulty, Jonathan McAnulty, Evan Randazzo and Nicholas Randazzo.
