Cheri L Appel

Cheri L. Appel, 54 of Markle, passed away Tuesday morning December 6, 2022, surrounded by her family, at the Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. Cheri had worked in the office of Family Social Services in Fort Wayne for several years. She was a 1986 graduate of Norwell High School and had attended Fort Wayne Purdue and Fort Wayne International Business College where she received her certification. Cheri loved to cook, host parties and spending time with her friends. She enjoyed travelling to the beach, eating out at fine restaurants and loved a good appetizer. Cheri was born on June 30, 1968 in Bluffton, the daughter of Barry and Ruth (Fritz) Greulach. Survivors include her parents; a daughter: Ariel Appel of Fort Wayne; a son: Nolan (Kakathi) Appel of Indianapolis; a brother: Greg (Chris) Greulach of Middlebury; a granddaughter: Ella Beale and a niece: Samantha Greulach. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2022 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Myers Funeral Home, Huntington Chapel, 2901 Guilford St., Huntington, IN.
