Carl E. "Bo" Feemster
January 30, 1935 – August 20, 2024

Carl "Bo" E. Feemster, 89, of Huntington, passed away Tuesday evening at Lutheran Hospital on August 20, 2024. Carl graduated from Rock Creek High School in 1955. He then worked at G.M. Fisher Body in Marion, retiring in 1998. Bo was a member of the Markle Church of Christ and the Antique Tractor Club. He loved to garden and was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan, and was able to throw out the first pitch at a game last summer. Bo loved being a grandpa and enjoyed attending all of his grandchildren's events.
Bo was born on January 30, 1935 in New Hope, Arkansas to the late Lee and Alice (Clay) Feemster.
He was united in marriage to Neta Slagel at the Markle Church of Christ on June 29, 1956. She preceded him in death on March 20, 2002. He later married Lois Drabenstot in Markle on June 18, 2005. She also preceded him death on December 27, 2020.
Survivors include three daughters: Patty (Ryan) Warner of Huntington; Sharon Bowman of Bluffton and Brenda (Roger)Crawford of Lafayette. Two sons: Larry (Terrie) Feemster of Warren; Rick Feemster of Huntington; a Step-Daughter Debbie (Dan) Bonner; One sister: Verma "Doodle"(Phil) Blair of Mobile, AL. Bo also leaves behind 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by: a sister: Wanda Dick and six brothers: Boyce , Bruce, Harold, Jeff, Donnie and Joe Feemster. And a son-in-law: Jeff Bowman
Visitation will be on Sunday, August 25, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Markle Church of Christ, 455 E Morse St, Markle, IN 46770.
Funeral Service will be Monday, August 26, 2024 at 10:00am at the Markle Church of Christ 455 E Morse St, Markle, IN 46770.
Memorial donations can be made out to Markle Church of Christ and can be sent in care of Myers Funeral Home, P.O. Box 403, Markle, IN 46770.
