Judy Della Smith Moore Dysart

Judy Della Smith Moore Dysart of Marion, passed away, July 30, 2018. Mrs. Dysart was born in McDowell County to the late Froney E Autery Rhymer and Foster parents Julius and Dinah Lavender. In addition to her mother she was also preceded in death by 2 Spouses; Roy A. Moore and Frank B. Dysart, 1 granddaughter, 3 brothers, and 2 sisters. Mrs. Dysart was the oldest member of Lackey Town Baptist Church. She was retired from Old Fort Finishing. Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Daniel Ray Moore and Nita of Marion, Ronnie E Moore and wife Kathy of Marion, Clifford Stephen Moore and wife Nancy of Marion, Michael A Moore and Carolyn of Marion, daughters, Linda D Rogers and husband James of Marion, Judy E Davis and husband Herbert of Marion, 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, special loving friend Sarah Dalton of Marion, a number of nieces and nephews, as well as great, great-great nieces and nephews. The visitation will be Thursday, Aug. 2nd, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Kirksey Funeral Home in Old Fort. Funeral services for Mrs. Dysart will be held Friday, Aug. 3rd at 11:00 a.m., at Kirksey Funeral Home Chapel in Old Fort, with the Rev. Jeff Parker and Brother Jerry Dunham officiating. Interment will follow at Cherry Springs Baptist Church. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the staff of Hospice Care Partners of McDowell.
