Mr. James Bruce Battles, 65, of Marion, passed away, Sunday, July 27, 2014 while at his residence. Born March 9, 1949, in Crawford County, PA, he was a son of the late Fred Battles and Pearl Gariepy Battles. He was a loving and wonderful father and grandfather that will be forever cherished by his family.
Mr. Battles leaves behind to cherish his memory a son, Nicholas Battles, of Erie, PA;
A daughter, Stephanie Battles and husband, Aaron Dula, of Marion;
Five grandchildren, Jacob Dula, Josh Dula, Jarrett Dula, Pearl Battles and Alexandrea Dula will also cherish his memory.
A Memorial Service will be held 4:00 PM, Thursday, July 31, 2014, at the Cross Mill Church of God Fellowship Hall. (All floral tributes should be delivered to the fellowship hall.) The family requests that memorials should be made to the Lung Cancer Society.
