Carole Sue Morris

Mrs. Morris was born June 18, 1945 in Hazard, KY to the late Harold Young and Bonnie Lee Eastes Young. She was a member of New Testament Baptist Church.

Surviving Mrs. Morris are her husband of 49 years, Ernest Morris of the home; one son, John Morris and wife, Dawn of Marion; four daughters, Donna Sue Blankenship and husband, Tony of Old Fort, Lisa Ann Grooms and husband, Jimmy of Summerville, SC, Shannon Lowell of Old Fort and Kim Sauvie and husband, Randy of NY; fifteen grandchildren, Sydney Lowell, Austin Riley Morris, Neal Morris, Justin Morris, April, Holly, Carie, Brandon, and James, Jr. Grooms, Christina Sauvie, Randy Sauvie, Jr., Lisa Leonard, Domonic Gregory, Daniel Gregory and Devyn Lynn Gregory; sixteen great-grandchildren; and many friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Kirksey Funeral Chapel in Old Fort with Rev. Harry Kidd officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Morris Family to help with funeral expenses.
