Vera McClendon, age 87, of Woodstock, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. Vera was born April 25, 1935 in Zeeland, MI to the late Adrian and Johanna Brower. In her spare time, she enjoyed traveling, spending time with family especially here grandchildren, entertaining and spending time at the beach.
Vera is preceded in death by her husband, Jack McClendon; daughter, Sherri O'Kelly; sister, Florane and brother, Harv. She is survived by her son, Steve, daughter, Staci; 10 grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
The family will receive guests between the hours of 12 noon and 2 pm on Sunday, October 2, 2022. A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday at HM Patterson Canton Hill Chapel.
