Susan Reeve Shultz, 48, of Marietta, passed away peacefully at her home on January 9, 2016, surrounded by her family and friends. She is survived by her parents, Harold and Carol Reeve of Aiken, South Carolina, her husband, Ty Shultz, and her daughters, Elizabeth and Meghan.
Susan was born in Lafayette, Indiana, on August 1, 1967. She graduated from St. Angela Academy in Aiken and received her Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology from Purdue University. Susan worked for Immucor in Atlanta for over 20 years. She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church and a Girl Scout leader for her daughters at Mt. Bethel Christian Academy.
Susan’s memory is cherished by her three older brothers, Scott (Ruth) Reeve of Dayton, Ohio, Stephen (Tana) Reeve of Austin, Texas, and Brett (Helen) Reeve of Arlington, Texas, as well as her 13 nieces and nephews, extended family and numerous friends.
A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Ann Catholic Church in Marietta, Georgia. Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at H. M. Patterson Canton Hill Chapel.
