Paul was one of my best friends in high school. He was a kind and considerate friend who saw beyond the surface. RIP my brother.



 Paul and I were great friends in high school. Through our friendship, I also became close to his parents and his brothers and sisters. I have never had a better friend. I will miss his sense of humor and is radiant smile. My condolences to the Oliphant family.

Paul, I have been at a loss of words since I found out you had passed.  I will never forget the laughs and good times we shared together. Never forget the time you came in the ER, and said, 'it was slow", only for the ER to be packed full of patients on your next visit.  LOL. You will be greatly missed. Heaven has a wonderful angel!  Love you always, my friend.

Wow...I was made aware of this sad news just yesterday. I served with Paul Oliphant in the Georgia Air National Guard during 1995 - 2001. He was always a good friend to me and I enjoyed our good times on and off duty. I wish all of God's blessings to his family....retired CPT William (Billy) English

What can I say. It seems like yesterday that you stopped by my Station asking for directions in Hickory Flat. It took us a moment to realize who the other was... we laughed about that and talked for an hour... about everybody at Grady of course.... It was good to talk to you again and I'll miss you brother.

To Paul's Family. I knew Paul for most of his military career and I must tell you, as if you don't already know he was the most professional and yet personable guy I have ever met.  Anytime I needed help with members of my unit or needed a medic to TDY with our unit, he was always there and we were releaved to see it was him who came to our aid.  I can not tell you how upsetting this news is to me.  He was a very special person to everyone at the 116th.  My prayers are with you during this difficult time. OMG. I'm at a loss for words. I just saw him last week in the ER @ Southern Regional. Paul and I work together @ Grady( him for EMS and Me in the SEC). Paul was a really nice person, quiet and mild mannered.  He will be missed and I'm so sorry for the loss of one of GODs' Angels.

I was blessed to be one of Paul's  EMS partners along the way. Short as it was, he made a wonderful impact in my life. As he did with everyone he would meet. My prayers are with his family during this sad time. The world lost rare soul this week.

It was great to work with you. You touched thousands of lives and they were the better for it. Now the final alarm has been issued and your last call complete. Rest and enjoy all God has to show you until we meet again.
