Patricia Louise Johnson

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia Louise “Patsy “Johnson, who peacefully departed this world on October 7, 2023 at the age of 79 years. She was born on June 18, 1944, in Marietta, GA to R.L. Watkins and Annie Louise Benton Watkins. Patricia Louise “Patsy” Johnson is survived by her son, William David Jenkins and daughter-in-law, Maria Elisabeth Holmqvist Jenkins. She is also survived by her two granddaughters, Breana Elizabeth Jenkins, and Amanda Maria Jenkins, as well as several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by parents R.L. Watkins and Annie Louise Benton Watkins, and sister Donna Marie Watkins Gresham. Patricia Louise “Patsy” Johnson lived a full and rich life, characterized by her positive outlook and beautiful spirit with a big smile. Patricia Louise “Patsy” Johnson graduated from Sprayberry High School in 1962 and went on to pursue a career in Business Administration and Accounting. Patricia Louise “Patsy” Johnson enjoyed Shopping with her granddaughters, Varsity chili slaw dogs, sweet tea, coffee all day long and the Hallmark channel. She was a dedicated employee that retired from RBM of Atlanta Mercedes Benz after 25+ years and then went work for Belk for the remainder of her working years. She touched the lives of many with her huge heart and giving ways. The graveside service will be held at Kennesaw Memorial Cemetery on October 18, 2023, at 2:00pm. The family will meet friends and relatives at Kennesaw Memorial Cemetery fifteen minutes prior to the service.
