Funeral Services will be held at 3 pm on Friday, December 9, 2016 at Eastminster Presbyterian Church in Marietta. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the fellowship hall.
Neil was born on June 13th, 1951 in Augusta, and is predeceased by his parents Thomas Lenwood and Jewel Morgan. He attended Richmond Academy High School class of 1969, and The University of Georgia class of 1973. Neil was an avid golfer, a loyal Georgia Bulldog fan, a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, and a true friend.
He is survived by his wife Devony DePew Morgan, brother Keith Herbert Morgan, daughters Tracy Morgan Baker and Anna Morgan Meagher, and son-in-laws Matt Baker and Taylor Meagher.
