Mr. Michael “Mike” Rose, age 58 of Marietta, passed away Saturday, November 13, 2010. Mr. Rose was retired after 30 years with Cobb County Water. He will be remembered as a wonderful, loving husband and friend and will be deeply missed.
Mr. Rose was preceded in death by his parents William Sr. and Louise Rose. He is survived by his wife of 31 years Mrs. Terry A. Rose, brother William Rose Jr. and wife Jan of Cartersville, sisters Pat Golden of Marietta and Dorothy Rose of Marietta. He is also survived by his Uncle Donald and Aunt Margie Fraser of Dallas Texas, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2010 at 1:00 pm at the chapel of Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home with Tim McDaniel officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 17, 2010 from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
