A native of Buffalo, New York, Marilyn was the daughter of the late Frances and Raymond Kanczak. Marilyn attended Kensington High School where she met William, her husband of 59 years. She graduated from the University of New York at Buffalo with a Master’s degree in Mathematics. She was a member of Transfiguration Catholic Church, Marietta, GA, where she served as Parish Administrator for over twenty years.
Marilyn is survived by her son: Scott MacInnis (Lisa) of Seneca, SC; daughter: Kimber Allen (Steve) of Tallahassee, FL; and one grandchild: Kirby Allen of Easley, SC
Services are currently being planned and will be held at Transfiguration Catholic Church, Marietta, GA. In lieu of flowers a gift may be sent to the St. Vincent DePaul Society of Transfiguration Catholic Church.
