A native of Mobile, AL, she had lived in Roanoke, VA. She was one of five children born to James Edward and Linda Lorraine Kennedy.She is a graduate of Murphy High School and Auburn University. Kris was a devoted Christian and loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.She supported numerous christian ministries as well as advocating for the education of Autistic children and PETA. She was a loving mother, daughter,sister and friend.
She was preceded in death by both paternal and maternal grandparents, her father, James Edward Kennedy and her sister, Karen Ann Kennedy.
Surviving are her children, Andrew Christopher Price and Luke Howell Price; mother, Linda Howell Kennedy; sisters, Laura Kennedy Braswell and her husband John, Donna Kennedy, Katheryn Kennedy Bullard and her husband, Darryle; nephews, John Thomas Braswell, Coleman Kennedy Braswell and James Ellis Kennedy.
