Mr. John L. LaCroix, age 81, of Dallas, passed away January 12, 2011. Mr. LaCroix was retired from Georgia Workers-Compensation Board, and he was a member of the New Canaan Baptist Church in Dallas. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Paula Marie Kimmons.
He is survived by his wife of over 60 years, Lellie Mae LaCroix,, of Dallas; son, Joseph M. (wife, Cheryl) LaCroix, of Dallas; four grandchildren, Joie Ann Cain, Amanda Michelle Goonan, Joshua LaCroix, Jessica LaCroix; nine great-grandchildren;
Funeral services will be held Sunday, Jan. 15 at 4:00 PM in Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Jason Loudermilk officiating. Entombment will follow at Georgia Memorial Park Chapel Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, please donate to American Alzheimer’s Assoc., www.alz.org.
