Mr. Joel Daniels, loving father, age 49, of Roswell, passed away July 10, 2011. Born in Tyler, TX, to Rose and Willie Daniels December 16, 1961, Joel served in the USAF from 1980 – 1986. He was a former member of the Alpharetta Lions Club, and a current member of North Atlanta Church of Christ. He is preceded in death by his father, Willie Daniels and his grandmother, Mae Dell Oliver. He is survived by his daughter, Meredith Daniels, his son, Phillip Daniels; his mother, Rose Daniels; former wife, George Ann Daniels; brother, Paul Daniels; sister, Alphane McKinney; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 15 at 12:00 PM in Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel. Major Boglin officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery.
